JJ Winn Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Welcome to JJ Winn. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and JJ Winn ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). The Platform operates the website at jjwinn.net and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino games, virtual sports, Aviator, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Roulette, and all other games and features available to registered members.

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the JJ Winn platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If any part of these Terms is unclear, please contact our support team before registering. Do not create an account or place any bets if you do not accept these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside the JJ Winn Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of your agreement with JJ Winn. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence.

To register and maintain an active account at JJ Winn, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout the entire period you hold an account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JJ Winn does not permit minors to register, access, or use the platform under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close accounts where we cannot verify that the account holder meets the minimum age requirement.
• You must be a resident of Pakistan or otherwise accessing JJ Winn from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person, company, or entity. Third-party account operation is not permitted under any circumstances.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from JJ Winn or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that would make your participation at JJ Winn a breach of that agreement.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of JJ Winn or any of its associated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and must not be subject to any legal incapacity that would prevent you from doing so.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the JJ Winn platform. Opening, operating, or being associated with more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile phone number, and a valid email address where applicable. JJ Winn may require you to verify your identity at any point, including at the time of registration, when processing a withdrawal, or when any account activity raises a verification flag.

• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. JJ Winn will never ask you for your password through any channel. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
• Accurate information: Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Account sharing: You must not share your account with any other person or allow any other person to use your account to place bets or access the platform on your behalf.
• Inactive accounts: JJ Winn reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Where applicable, any remaining balance will be returned to the account holder through the withdrawal process prior to closure.

All transactions on JJ Winn are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to deposits, bets, or payouts. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your JJ Winn account balance.

JJ Winn accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa – mobile wallet transfers, instant credit
• JazzCash – mobile wallet transfers, instant credit
• NayaPay – digital wallet, instant credit
• SadaPay – digital wallet, instant credit
• IBFT – interbank fund transfer, credit upon confirmation
• Visa / Mastercard – debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

JJ Winn does not accept deposits from payment methods that are not registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment method belongs to a different person — are not permitted and may result in the return of the deposit and suspension of your account pending investigation.

JJ Winn does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside JJ Winn's control. Please check with your payment provider before depositing if you are unsure about applicable charges.

JJ Winn processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure applied consistently across all accounts.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200 per request.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within a few hours during normal operating hours. IBFT transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Verification requirement: Accounts that have not previously completed identity verification may be required to do so before their first withdrawal is processed. This is a one-time requirement.
• Pending bets: Funds that are currently staked in open bets cannot be withdrawn until those bets are settled. Only cleared, available balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• Bonus funds: Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings derived from bonus funds that have met the applicable wagering requirements can be converted to withdrawable cash balance. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

JJ Winn does not charge fees on withdrawals. Any fee applied by your receiving bank, mobile wallet, or payment provider is the responsibility of the account holder and is outside JJ Winn's control.

JJ Winn offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the individual promotion description as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. Where a specific promotion states terms that differ from this section, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion.

• One bonus per player: Welcome bonuses are available to new members only and are limited to one claim per person, household, device, and payment method. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 10x means you must wager an amount equal to 10 times the bonus value before any winnings derived from the bonus become withdrawable). Wagering requirements are always stated in PKR.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, and slots may have different contribution rates. The applicable contribution percentage for each game category is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Any associated bonus winnings that have not met wagering requirements will also expire. Validity periods are clearly stated in each promotion.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonuses through low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies, irregular wagering patterns, or other approaches designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay is prohibited. JJ Winn reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where bonus abuse is identified.

All games available on JJ Winn are operated in accordance with their published rules and return-to-player (RTP) figures. Published RTP values represent the theoretical long-run expected return across a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or bet.

RNG Games: All Random Number Generator-based games on JJ Winn use certified RNG technology that has been independently audited for fairness and unpredictability. Outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by the player or by JJ Winn.

Live Dealer Games: Live casino games use physical cards, dice, and roulette wheels operated by human dealers on camera in real time. Outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer and are visible to all players through the live stream. JJ Winn does not and cannot manipulate live dealer outcomes.

Sports Betting: Sports betting odds and markets are set by JJ Winn's trading team and are subject to change before the betting window closes. Bets placed are binding once confirmed. JJ Winn reserves the right to void bets in circumstances where odds are clearly erroneous, where the event outcome is subject to official dispute, or where the event does not reach a point of completion sufficient for the bet to be settled according to the applicable market rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JJ Winn platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to use fraudulent payment methods, stolen financial details, or false identity documentation.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to achieve an unfair outcome in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker-format games, coordinated betting to exploit offer terms, or sharing of account access to game systems.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any other automated system to interact with the JJ Winn platform without explicit written permission.
• Money laundering: Using the JJ Winn platform as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially illegal activity. JJ Winn complies with applicable anti-money-laundering requirements and will report suspicious activity to authorities.
• Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a fraudulent payment dispute or chargeback with a payment provider after deposited funds have been used for wagering. JJ Winn will vigorously contest fraudulent chargebacks and pursue recovery through all available legal means.
• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the JJ Winn platform by any person under the age of 18.

JJ Winn is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. We offer a range of tools to help players maintain control of their gaming activity. These tools are available from your account settings and can be applied at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Once set, limits can only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period. Reductions take immediate effect.
• Session limits: Set a maximum duration for any individual gaming session. When the limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you can lose within a defined period. Bets that would exceed your loss limit will not be accepted.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the JJ Winn platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or redistribute any JJ Winn content without express written permission.
• Use the JJ Winn name, logo, or branding in any way that implies endorsement or association without written consent.
• Scrape, extract, or systematically copy any data or content from the JJ Winn platform.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any JJ Winn software.

Any unauthorised use of JJ Winn intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JJ Winn's liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.

JJ Winn is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or delays outside JJ Winn's reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's end, third-party payment processor outages, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure or from your sharing of login information with any third party.
• Decisions made by the player during gameplay, including bets placed under a misunderstanding of the applicable game rules or odds.

JJ Winn makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, error, or data loss, though we take all reasonable steps to maintain reliability and uptime.

Either you or JJ Winn may close your account at any time. To close your account voluntarily, contact the JJ Winn support team. Where a balance remains at the time of closure, JJ Winn will process withdrawal of that balance to your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification or wagering requirements.

JJ Winn reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate registration information.
• Any suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity conducted through or in connection with your account.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the timeframe specified.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance requirements that make it necessary to close the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, JJ Winn reserves the right to forfeit any outstanding balance, including both deposited funds and bonus winnings, where applicable law permits and where the forfeiture is proportionate to the nature of the breach.

JJ Winn reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, JJ Winn will notify registered members via email or through a prominent notice on the platform, with reasonable advance notice where the change affects existing player rights.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the JJ Winn platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes.
